Silver City
Our mission is to reach the lost and the hurting and point them to Jesus. Plain and simple. The group Silver City was birthed in hearts of eight Godly men who desire to see people of all walks of life sincerely touched by the power and hand of God. However these dedicated musicians are not novices to the music industry or the true meaning of what ministry is meant to be. In the vocals department, Jeremy Skinner sings lead. Jeremy has proven himself to be an anointed singer and songwriter and has been known to preach a sermon or two. Taking the tenor is Kevin Woody and he's been singing since he was a kid. Also a great songwriter and great singer with his smooth tenor tones. Filling the gap on baritone is Tim Hamby. Tim sang his first professional gig at the age of 3 and has been involved musically all his life. Tim also brings his unique songwriting ability to the group. The Silver City Band: The band line up brings a multitude of experience and talent to the mix. Tommy Smith tickles the keys with a drive and finesse that can't be beat. Josh Skinner offers his unique styling on electric and acoustic guitar. Steve McClure lays down licks on the electric lead guitar. In the engine room is Tommy Hamby on bass and Andy Stroup on drums laying down a groove so wide you can drive a Silver Eagle through it. Collectively, Silver City has more than 100 years of experience in singing and playing and more than 50 years of ministry experience.
